Our Staff

Our knowledgeable instructors and naturalists are selected because of their professional and caring nature. All staff are certified in CPR and First aid.

2002 Dream Team

There is at least one EMT on any camping or backcountry trip. WOLF conducts a thorough background check for each applicant who passes the initial interviews. New instructors are required to complete a three month training and evaluation period before they lead a trail group.

Our staff are the best! That is because we apply our mission to our instructors as well as our clients. Staff undergo a comprehensive evaluation process twice each year. Staff meet with the directors one on one to discuss their progress, improvements and goals for the next season. Each year, WOLF sponsors additional trainings and certification programs for all of our staff and independent contractors.
